Enhancement of the Claim Import feature with status "Finished". It is possible now to import claims directly into the status "finished" and use the bulk send for them.
“Dispute process” allows customers to dispute a claim decision, so that disputes are not handled in separated claims.
“Pick-up service” makes possible providing address information to the claim receiver, so the return goods will be picked-up at the given locations.
„GTCs (general terms and conditions)” allows to set up general terms and conditions check boxes on the receiver side for the claim senders process.
“Nota Fiscal for claimed parts" allows the management of the Nota Fiscal data for countries like Brazil.
“Buyout” allows users to import claims using a simplified flow, where claims are automatically set to Decided status upon import for statistics reasons.
