The Transaction List view displays all of your recent transactions.
It is important to note that the transaction list contains all transactions that were processed by the TecCom Portal and not only those sent by the TecCom Portal.
Use the paginator at the bottom to page through the results.
The Transaction List shows the following columns:

The status can only be calculated if at least one participant uses TXML 4.1. If neither side of the participants uses TXML 4.1 the status will be Received.
(e.g. If both sides use TecForm the status of all Inquiries and Orders will be Received).

You can export the relevant message of the current transaction by clicking the Export button.
After clicking the Export button you can select the file format for the export file.
Please note that currently only XML is supported. More file formats are coming soon.
Not all message types are supported for all export file formats. In case a file format is not supported a tooltip is displayed.
To be able to download a transaction of type 'Inquiry' or 'Order', you need the permissions for 'Show List Prices' and 'Show Net Prices', since the messages contain price information.
To be able to download a transaction of type 'Invoice', 'Dispatch Advice' or 'Order Response', you need the permission for 'Show received documents'.
If you don't have the correct permissions the export button is disabled and a tooltip is shown, stating the reason for the export being disabled.
The permissions can be changed for each user in the Administration on the Users Page.
The View Message Dialog displays the message. If the message is in TXML 4.1 format, it can be displayed as HTML. You can also view the message as raw text or pretty-printed text by clicking on the corresponding tab header.
You can also export the message by clicking the Export button on the bottom.
Close the dialog by pressing the Close button.
